SEATTLE, Wash. — Protingent Staffing, a Pacific Northwest leader in technology staffing today announced plans to expand service in select markets through franchise ownership. This expansion model was chosen to leverage the franchisee owner’s familiarity with their local labor market and business climate, giving them a competitive edge.

Protingent Staffing executives have spent the last few years studying successful franchises in the staffing industry, interviewing key people and reviewing their cost structure, business plans and best practices.

The result is the launch of a world class franchise program that includes comprehensive back office support, initial and ongoing training programs, shared online database of clients and consultants, proprietary online timekeeping system and a solid business process developed from years of industry experience.

According to Tim Bruce, Vice President, “This business model will allow local franchise owners to focus their efforts on the sales and staffing of engineering talent, while we take care of the billing, payroll, benefits and other administrative tasks.”

Protingent StaffingProtingent Staffing will be awarding a limited number of franchises to select professionals with the drive, discipline and determination to own their own Businesses. Franchise opportunities are available now in Nevada, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas, with franchise opportunities soon available in California, Minnesota, and Illinois upon registration approval.
