Boston HR Consulting Firm Hires New Account Executive

FRAMINGHAM, Mass. — KGA Inc. (www.kgreer.com), a human resources consulting firm based in Framingham, Mass., has hired Betsy Pratt as its account executive. According to KGA President Kathleen Greer, the newly created position involves overseeing approximately half of the company’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) accounts, as well as improving upon and building new client relationships.

In addition, Pratt will be responsible for developing creative strategies to enhance KGA’s service delivery to its HR partners at over 35 companies.

Pratt’s extensive background in sales and account management includes positions at Automatic Data Processing (ADP) and Sprint, where she worked as client district manager and sales manager respectively.

The University of Massachusetts Amherst graduate brings with her a record of exceeding sales goals and a proven ability to motivate large sales teams. Along with a B.A. in Psychology from UMass, Pratt received a Management Certificate from Harvard Business School.
