Medical cannabis patients do not want to be fingerprinted and kept in a file on a computer.
Medical Marijuana patients in Oregon are already on a database with the State and the Doctor/Clinic they went to.
At a minimum DMV already has your prints. If the Clinics and Patient Co-operatives want to be more secure that is their decision, and one I personally applaud.
