I love what people think constitute as “green”, “eco-friendly”, or “all-natural”. Instead of a crop that has been consumed by humans for 1,000 years, let’s give them some scientifically processed and distilled mysterious substance that comes overloaded with labels of “eco-friendly”, “green”, and “no chemicals, additives, or preservatives”.
Am I missing something in the irony here?
