Napco Asset Management and Packman Financial Finalize Merger

SYOSSET, N.Y. — Napco Asset Management Inc. and Packman Financial Inc. announced that they have completed their merger. The combined company will be known as PNiGlobal Partners Inc. Vincent Napolitano, Chief Executive Officer of Napco Asset Management and Michael Packman, Chief Executive Officer of Packman Financial will share responsibilities and serve as Co-Chief Executive Officers of PNiGlobal Partners. “Based on the strengths of the two organizations, I am very excited about the opportunities that the future holds for the combined entity,” said Napolitano. “We believe the alliance between these two organizations provides a tremendous opportunity for our clients as well as registered representatives looking to join a progressive, growth-focused firm.”

“PNiGlobal Partners will offer securities through J.P. Turner & Company, LLC (member SIPC) with investment advisory services offered through J.P. Turner & Company Capital Management LLC,” stated Packman.
