DrinkUpNY to Host Cocktail Enthusiast Event with Small-Production Spirits

NEW YORK, N.Y. — In celebration of fine cocktails and small-production spirits, DrinkUpNY will be hosting its first annual “Holiday Mixer” at Vino Italian Wine and Spirits on Thursday, December 11, from 6 – 9 p.m. EST. This event is a rare opportunity for enthusiasts and mixologists alike to sample hard-to-find drinks – including gin, absinthe, rum, and a range of liqueurs – and learn the very best ways to mix them into classic and signature cocktails.

Guests will also have the opportunity to mix and mingle with producers and get sneak previews of yet-to-be-released items. Some of the distillers to be represented include: DH Krahn Gin, Bluecoat Gin, Lucid Absinthe Superieure, La Clandestine Absinthe Superieure, Neisson Rhum Agricole, and Rothman & Winter liqueurs.

Tickets are available through DrinkUpNY.com for $30. Due to venue restrictions, no tickets will be sold at the door. Attendees must be 21 or over with proof of age. Vino Italian Wine and Spirits is located at 121 East 27th St between Park and Lexington Avenues.
