RIDGEFIELD, Conn. — Lehmann & Lehmann Legal Communications announced today a free seminar on how to systematically reduce and eliminate debt through individualized plans. The seminar, including a question and answer session, will take place at the Grassy Hill Lodge in Derby, Connecticut on Wednesday, March 25, at 7:00 p.m.

The seminar will feature Richard P. Giarniero, a Stratford attorney who has over ten years experience helping clients to avoid bankruptcy and reduce their debts.

“Many people suffering from escalating financial burdens don’t realize how much chronic debt costs. They need to be informed of how the new federal and state regulations will protect them if they are willing to get proactive about their overdue credit balances,” says Giarniero, who will also cover debtors’ rights under the Fair Debt Collection Act. “It is important that people realize right now that they can get back in control and head toward personal financial recovery. The spiral of debt need not continue.”

Richard Giarniero, Esq., has been practicing law in Connecticut for over fourteen years. His experience involves working as Counsel for BayView Bank, reconciling and harmonizing discounted loans. Well-established in the credit industry, Attorney Giarniero is respected by his peers and has an excellent reputation acting as a strong debtor’s advocate.

The event coincides with the nation’s current economic emergency and is free of charge. Seating is limited. For reservations and directions to the Grassy Hill Lodge, please call (203) 244-5318 or (203) 375-3994.
