Chrysalis Vineyards announces 9th Annual Norton Wine and Bluegrass Festival in October

MIDDLEBURG, Va. — Visit Chrysalis Vineyards (Middleburg, Virginia) in the midst of harvest and experience their hottest festival of the year. Enjoy bluegrass pickings throughout the weekend with Jackass Flats (former Virginia State Bluegrass Champs), Hickory Ridge, and Lisa Kay Howard; meet artisans, craft and food vendors; take a hay ride vineyard tour; and enjoy a special 9-wine tasting with commemorative take home glasses – and more!

Sample all of Chrysalis Vineyards Norton wines, purchase library vintage Nortons, and refresh from the sun with Sarah’s Patio Red!

This is a not-to-be-missed event. Last year’s Norton Wine and Bluegrass Festival received the Loudoun County Visitors Association’s 2008 Tourism Event of the Year award (for events up to 3,000 visitors).

Admission is $15 per person in advance (advance sales close at 5 p.m., 10/1/09), $20 at the door. Free admission for Chrysalis Vineyards’ VIP Club members.
