This unique, highly interactive working session takes place on April 4-6, 2011 in Palm Beach, Fla. The invitation only event will bring together CEOs, policymakers, and industry experts for an action-oriented discussion about how to fully utilize the talents of women in the economy.

The program consists of dynamic working groups focused on specific industries (finance, technology, science and health care, law, government and media) as well as core career development issues (education, entry level, mid career, workplace culture, entrepreneurship, and glass ceiling). Top Journal editors will moderate each session, and participants will collaborate to develop concrete, actionable solutions.

Lollis will join 150 influential men and women who will participate in the task force, including:

* Robert Zoellick, president of the World Bank
* Amy Gutmann, president of the University of Pennsylvania
