eNewsChannels: UGLARworks

MILL VALLEY, Calif. /eNewsChannels/ — NEWS: ArteQuesta, a California-based fine arts investment company, today announced that “Ernie’s Last Ride,” a piece by Evan Skrederstu, a Los Angeles-based artist and member of art collective UGLARworks (Unified Group of Los Angeles Residents), has been featured in fellow UGLARworks member Ryan Gattis’s latest novel, “All Involved” (ISBN: 978-0062378798).

Told through the eyes of 17 different narrators, “All Involved” is a heartbreaking and compelling account of the infamous 1992 L.A. Riots. Skrederstu’s piece, “Ernie’s Last Ride” is a striking snapshot from the penultimate fifth day of the riots and captures book character FREER’s masterful homage to his fallen friend Ernie.

Described as “symphonic” and “astounding,” “All Involved” was released to rave reviews on April 7, 2015 and is currently being translated into French, German, Spanish, Portuguese (Brasil), Swedish, Dutch and other languages. In addition to this, Evan Skrederstu and Ryan Gattis are set to embark on a U.S. book tour later this month in support of their collaborative work.
