Oahu real estate firmHONOLULU, Hawaii /eNewsChannels/ — Elite Pacific Properties, a fast-growing boutique Oahu real estate firm specializing in mid- to high-end real estate, announced today that it has appointed Bob Vieira as Broker In Charge. Vieira, who has been a real estate agent for 37 years and a broker for 32 years, specializes in upscale real estate, and has been involved in many sales of beachfront property in Kailua and Lanikai.

A 2010 Aloha Aina nominee, he made the move to Elite from Prudential Locations.

“I’ve been watching the growth and success of Elite Pacific Properties since their launch five years ago. I like their energy, their focus on upscale property, and their entrepreneurial culture,” said Vieira. “I’m pleased that I can bring my experience to help support this fast-growing team.”

Elite Pacific Properties is located in the Aloha Tower Marketplace and is one of the top real estate brokerage firms on Oahu. The firm grabbed attention earlier this year when Mary LaVoie, one of the top volume real estate agents in Hawaii, left Choi International to join Elite as a Partner. More recently, Kelly Mitchell, another top Oahu agent and a nationally prominent social media enthusiast, joined Elite as a Partner, moving from Prudential Locations.

In addition to his long and successful career in real estate, Vieira spent years as Director of Business Development for Hawaiian Electric Industries (HECO). A fourth generation Oahu native, he is very active in the community, having served as City Parks Commissioner, and is currently a Rotarian and a Director of the Honolulu Board of REALTORS®.

“We are excited to have Bob join Elite Pacific Properties as Broker In Charge,” stated Stephen Cipres, Elite’s Principal Broker and one of the Top 100 REALTORS® in Hawaii. “Bob brings a wealth of experience and decades of success as a top-performing agent on Oahu. While he will primarily support our agent team as Broker In Charge, we also believe his move to Elite will allow his personal sales volume to grow even further.”
