Brown Jr. today announced the following appointments: first, Rex Hime, 64, of Loomis, has been appointed to the California State Fair and Exposition Board of Directors, where he has been a member since 1996. Brown Jr. today announced the following appointments: First, Edwin Lowry, 61, of Sacramento, has been appointed to the California Occupational Safety and Health Appeals Board, where he has served since 2011. He served as a part-time hearing officer at the California Department of Pesticide Regulation in 2009.
