Wilshire is president and CEO of The Nautilus Works, a production and holding company that includes Nautilus Press, an author-services publisher, and Nautilus Films, a film finance, production and distribution company. Previously she was the president of TGW Inc., a management consulting firm, which specialized in enterprise performance management linking strategy with execution to produce sustainable sales and profitable returns, central to high-performance business. Wilshire was prior a vice president of sales and marketing at a Fortune 50 company in telecommunications for 13 years.
Susanne Wilcox, a former executive in the telecommunications industry who worked with Wilshire for more than 20 years, said, “She not only inspires and motivates all those around her, she is the most brilliant business mind I know.
