Bates brings more than 17 years of dedication to delivering employee benefits management strategies for mid-sized and large companies. His strategic initiatives include designing, implementing, and communicating benefits programs that results in cost savings far below comparable trend. His success is based upon strong project management and organization skills, coupled with a keen attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate to people of all levels. Prior to joining EPIC, Clarence was a Vice President at USI Insurance for 11 years and an Account Executive at Dodge, Warren & Peters for 6 years. He spent 4 years in the United States Marine Corps. Clarence holds a Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS) designation.
