DAYTON, Ohio /eNewsChannels/ -- NEWS: Ohio-based non-profit, East End Community Services, is rebuilding the Twin Towers neighborhood one home at a time. Located on the east side of Dayton, Twin Towers has had its share of ups and downs throughout the years. Named for the beautiful Catholic church St. Mary's that stands tall with two protruding towers, it has always been a strong working class neighborhood.
