ELGIN, Ariz. /eNewsChannels/ -- NEWS: Since the foundation Arizona's wine industry, the Harvesting of the Vine Fine Wine Festival presented by The Village of Elgin has awarded scholarships and helped to fund local law enforcement programs such as DARE. It has also allowed area wineries to showcase the fruits of the Arizona vine and provided festival goers with arts, crafts, foods and music.
