SACRAMENTO, Calif. /California Newswire/ -- Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. on Wednesday announced the following appointments: First, Luis Dominicis, 59, of Downey, has been appointed to the California Dental Board, where he has served since 2008. Dominicis has been a dentist in private practice since 1993.
