Brown Jr. announced today that he has signed the following bills: AB 140 by Assemblymember Felipe Fuentes (D-Los Angeles) – Claims against the state: payment. AB 141 by Assemblymember Felipe Fuentes (D-Los Angeles) – Jurors: electronic communications.
