NEW YORK, N.Y. — After a successful seven-month test launch with Clive Ranger, an upscale jewelry retailer in South West England, Marjan Diamonds NV announces a roll-out of distribution of its CanadaMark(TM) diamond brand NENOIR(TM) to several other select UK retailers.
“We selected Clive Ranger for the test launch because the retailer is known as ‘the diamond ring specialist’ in Southwest England,” Ali Nasser, Director of Marjan Diamonds said. “After a successful launch, we’re excited to expand our distribution network.”
Clive Ranger’s joint managing director, Richard Slack, said the company was delighted to be the first UK retailer to launch the brand and finds that consumers are receptive to this unique product.
Marjan Diamonds, an Antwerp-based diamond manufacturer carrying the prestigious NENOIR(TM) brand, attended the September International Jewelry Show in London. While there, they announced their continued partnership with Clive Ranger as well as the addition of new retailers to their program.
NENOIR(TM) is the first-ever diamond to guarantee consumers first private ownership. Each diamond is accompanied by a complete life biography, which starts at the mines of Canada’s Northwest Territories and ends with the consumer; the first private owner. This tracking system guarantees the diamond has reached the consumer by a direct and transparent route.
Each NENOIR(TM) ‘Emotionally Yours’ diamond is accompanied by a CanadaMark(TM) certificate of origin and an FPO(TM) (First Private Owner) certificate. The consumer receives an individual tracking number so they may view their diamond’s biography online.

Only one retailer in each region will be selected to carry the brand. All retailers will enjoy regional exclusivity and benefits that the NENOIR(TM) support program provides.
