SACRAMENTO, Calif. /California Newswire/ -- Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. on Monday announced the following appointments. First, Katie Dawson, 65, of Oakland, has been appointed to the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology. Dawson has been the principal of Dawson Dental Hygiene Practice since 2009.
