DECORAH, Iowa /eNewsChannels/ -- The Gingrich Foundation has presented its annual gift to the Newt L. and Callista L. Gingrich Scholarship Fund at Luther College in Decorah, Iowa. Since 2005, the endowment has provided annual scholarships for instrumental music majors studying piano, organ, and wind instruments.
