Sedona Arizona Citizens Fight to Save Starry Skies

Plaintiff Southwest Feed Alleges 'Unjust Land Grab' by State of Arizona in Excess of $3 Million

Federal authorities have since dropped out of the investigation and returned the two cases of seized iodine and apologized after finding no evidence of any wrongdoing. The state of Arizona is still proceeding with the seizure.
