About Lisa Price Stevens, M. D. FACP
Dr. Price Stevens is a native of Virginia Beach, Virginia. She attended college at Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia. She obtained her Doctorate of Medicine degree in 1993 from The Medical College of Virginia. She has been a community faculty member of Eastern Virginia Medical School, and practiced Internal Medicine in Norfolk, Virginia.

Dr. Stevens is currently on sabbatical to promote her children’s books and wellness initiative, Dr. Health, LLC (www.drhealthllc.com). Dr. Price Stevens has received numerous awards; she is very active in the community organizing fund raisers and health fairs. She has made countless television appearances, as well being a medical expert for a monthly health program sponsored by national public radio.

She has written many health articles and conducted health seminars for local institutions and corporations. She prides herself in treating her patients mind, body and soul. Dr. Stevens whole heartedly believes in preventive medicine. Her philosophy is that preventive medicine is like a vaccination, if given in the proper doses, and early enough, it may prevent disease. Dr. Stevens is married and has three children.
