The County of San Bernardino Workforce Investment Board is a public-private volunteer board that oversees the use of federal dollars to train the local workforce to support local employers.

Staats Lifetime Achievement Award for Distinguished Public Service. The award ceremony was held on March 19, at the Hilton New Orleans Hotel during ASPA's Annual Conference.
