The families of Florida Police Chase victims Albertson and Kristina Almase file multiple count lawsuits in Miami-Dade County Court
MIAMI, Fla. /eNewsChannels/ -- NEWS: The Opa-Locka Florida police chase that resulted in a head-on collision with multiple fatalities on I-95 this past April has prompted the filings of two alleged wrongful death lawsuits by the families' attorney Edward R. Blumberg. The families of victims Albertson Almase and sister Kristina have filed multiple count lawsuits in the Miami-Dade County Circuit Court naming - among others - the Opa-Locka Florida police officer, Sergio Perez, involved in the fatal chase.
