HALIFAX, Pa. /eNewsChannels/ -- NEWS: Riverview Financial Corporation (OTCMKTS:RIVE / OTCQB:RIVE) today announced that on May 14, 2014 its Board of Directors declared the payment of a cash dividend of $0.14 per share for the second quarter 2014, an increase of 12 percent as compared with the $0.125 cash dividend paid for the second quarter of 2013. The dividend is payable on June 30, 2014 to all shareholders of record as of June 6, 2014.
