KCLI Shareholder Issues Letter to Kansas City Life Insurance Board of Directors: ‘Go-Private’ Transaction Structured Unfairly
NEWS: On Sept. 9, 2015, Sherow Management, LLC, an outside shareholder, sent a letter addressed to the Kansas City Life Insurance Co (NASDAQ:KCLI) Board Chairman in response to the Company's proposed 'Go-Private' Transaction.
