5 Bars has entered into an agreement to deliver a high speed wireless connectivity Master Plan for the City of Sacramento and when fully implemented, will provide the ability for all citizens to publicly access high speed wireless internet in key areas. This capability supports intelligent infrastructure technologies providing Sacramento new capabilities, strong benefits to its economy, and a modern framework to create a livable, sustainable, smart city.
