eNewsChannels NEWS: PROVO, Utah — Simplifile, a leading provider of real estate document collaboration and recording technologies for lenders, settlement agents, and counties, today announced the addition of eight Georgia counties and four Louisiana parishes to its e-recording network, the nation’s largest.
“We are excited to see steady growth of e-recording adoption across Georgia and Louisiana, and we will continue to work with recording offices in these states to make e-recording available to more citizens,” said Paul Clifford, president of Simplifile.
The first Georgia county joined Simplifile’s e-recording network in February 2013; Louisiana’s first e-recording parish joined Simplifile’s network in August 2014.
“It’s our hope that one day, every jurisdiction will enjoy the benefits of a more efficient e-recording workflow as well as the savings that come with paperless recording and payment processing.”
The new jurisdictions are:
Bartow County, Ga.
Bleckley County, Ga.
Cherokee County, Ga.
Dawson County, Ga.
