CHICAGO, Ill. — Congressman Jesse Jackson Jr., the incumbent candidate for Illinois 2nd Congressional district, has launched his new Website. The new Website found at www.jessejacksonjr.org, focuses on new Web strategies to increase the Get Out The Vote (GOTV) efforts for the campaign.

The new Website encourages supporters to share their ideas with the Congressman, participate in polls and attend fundraising events.

The site has been launched to coincide with the upcoming primary election, scheduled for February 2, 2010. The campaign hopes that this new site will aid supporters and curious voters in their quest for information regarding the Congressman’s views, plans and upcoming events.

Additionally, the site will serve as a starting point for the campaign’s new Web strategy to engage more voters.

Congressman Jackson’s campaign invites all interested parties to visit the new Website and assist the Congressman incorporating new ideas into his policy goals.
