Settlement agents in these jurisdictions can now electronically submit documents directly to the county recording office via Simplifile’s secure e-recording service. Within minutes, county recorders can review, stamp, record, and return documents electronically through the Simplifile system. The secure platform also reduces errors and eliminates check-writing costs by allowing settlement agents to electronically pay recording fees and other associated expenses.
