CARMEL VALLEY, Calif. /eNewsChannels/ — The Quail & Olive celebrated its grand opening with nearly 250 new friends last Saturday at 3 Pilot Road, Carmel Valley, CA 93924. The olive oil fustis had to be refilled as customers walked out with California-grown varieties of extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegars, olives and other fine gourmet gifts.
“We are overwhelmed with excitement by the support of the community,” said Stephen Brabeck MD, owner and cardiologist. “The Quail & Olive has become a reality through the efforts of our team and the generous spirit of the local olive growers and artisans whose products we are proud to carry. We hope our customers will feel at home when they visit.”
The Quail & Olive team includes Manager Deb Monnastes and Merchandiser, Agnieska (Aga) Simpson. Simpson designed and built the bottle chandelier featured in the main room. The Quail & Olive’s distinctive wrought iron sign was crafted by local blacksmith and ornamental iron worker Stefan Kohlgruber.

Additionally, The Quail & Olive also offer health-conscious skin cosmetics, including olive oil and shea butter based skin preparations, bottled olive goods (olives and tapenades), dry pastas and spices.
