In this position, Carroll will maintain and improve Simplifile’s settlement software vendor relationships while supporting the sales effort to deliver Settlement Collaboration to the real estate industry.

Prior to joining Simplifile, Carroll was business development manager for First American Professional Real Estate Services, where she assisted the sales team in increasing its new customer base and provided subject matter expertise to the sales and development teams. Her other recent positions include state agency manager for the southeast and mid-Atlantic divisions of North American Title Insurance Company and vice president of sales for TSS Software Corporation, which was acquired by First American Title Insurance Company in 2013.
