The Hefley X2 can adjust to all current fuels, and also has the ability to adjust to new fuels still under development

LAS VEGAS, Nev. — Mr. Hefley, CEO of the Hefley Engine Company, has announced a new more efficient engine. The current automotive engine design developed over 125 years ago is no longer capable of delivering the performance and economy demanded in tomorrow’s automobiles. Hefley stresses, “Our product is NOT an add-on to the old engine. We have completely redesigned the entire engine.”

The Hefley X1 features variable displacement – it actually shrinks its internal size when low power is needed. Then it quickly becomes a large sized engine for acceleration or load pulling. The engine changes its size quickly and smoothly, automatically adjusting to the needs of the current load.

Mr. Hefley continues saying, “We have also developed The Hefley X2, with all of the features of the X1, but in addition it has the ability to change compression ratios. We know that each fuel burns best at a particular pressure. We acquire efficiency by controlling the compression ratio of the engine. The most current, mass marketed engine to date cannot obtain this level of fuel efficiency.”

The Hefley X2 can run on regular gasoline at low compression, then quickly and easily change to diesel or even bio-diesel where high compression is required. The Hefley X2 can adjust to all current fuels, and also has the ability to adjust to new fuels still under development. Mr. Hefley says, “I am very proud to say that no one has produced a more efficient engine.”

The design secrets are fully revealed on the website as the 3-D animated engine is shown in action. The engines are clean burning, extremely efficient and environmentally friendly.
