NANUET, N.Y. — Children’s birthday parties spell success for Michelle Violetto and Tanya Ehrlich, the co-founders of L.S. Franchise Corp., announcing today the opening of three more franchised units located in Rye Brook, NY, Aberdeen, NJ, and Happy Valley, OR. There are 8 Little Scoops party businesses open in the NY and NJ area, with the Happy Valley location representing their first west coast location.

Little Scoops, is a retro 1950’s ice cream party place, opened in September 2002, and became an instant hit with New York children and their parents. After their flagship location in Blauvelt, New York showed significant indications that children’s parties were a consumer driven need, they began to open doors for other entrepreneurs who enjoy sweet success in this emerging industry.

Violetto says, “The franchise idea became obvious when many customers began asking if we would help them set-up a Little Scoops in their area. We now have eight franchises open in three states and more units planned by year end.”

Little Scoops consists of a party room where children play a variety of interactive games and dances using hula hoops, beach balls, parachutes and musical instruments to enhance their event. Pizza is served along with Coca Cola beverages and when it is time for the ice cream, the party moves to the retro 1950’s ice cream parlor. Kids get to create their own sundaes with a wide array of colorful toppings.

Ehrlich comments, “Parents love it. We take care of all the set-up, clean-up, providing the favors or goody bags, balloons and additional food and beverages for adult guests, leaving them to sit back and enjoy their party.”

Little Scoops has set the new standards for children’s parties and special events. For more information, call (877) LSCOOPS or visit them at http://www.littlescoops.com.
